- Shipping Cost: Free shipping on all orders within Poland.
1. Order Processing and Cut-off Time
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed before 17:00 (CET) on business days (Monday-Friday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 17:00, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard processing time is 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and includes order confirmation, quality control, and packaging.
2. Shipping Costs and Currency
- Free shipping: We offer 100% free shipping within Poland. There is no minimum order value.
- Currency: All prices on our website are displayed and charged in Polish Złoty (PLN).
- Destinations: We currently only ship within Poland.
3. Transit and Delivery
To offer fair prices for our products, all orders are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse.
- Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the average transit time is 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
- The total estimated delivery time is typically 6 to 13 business days.
- We partner with reliable carriers such as InPost, DPD, and DHL to ensure safe delivery.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the courier company to update the tracking information in their system.
5. Taxes and Import Duties
- VAT: All prices displayed on our website include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).
- No Hidden Fees: The price at checkout is the final price. In rare cases, customs may inspect a parcel. If you are charged any additional import duties or administrative fees upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@amoam.com, and we will resolve it for you.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@amoam.com within 48 hours with photos documenting the problem. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
7. Cancelling an Order
Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once the order has been processed or handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible, and our standard returns policy will apply.
8. Address Accuracy and Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point (e.g., Paczkomat), we reserve the right to charge for reshipping costs.
