Refund policy
KEY INFORMATION:
- Returns period: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Return costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Restocking Fees: 0 PLN (No restocking fees).
- Refund: Funds will be processed within 7 business days after package confirmation.
1. Returns Period
Every customer has the right to return products within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason. Merchandise must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories.
2. Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:
- Contact us: Send an email to info@amoam.com before submitting your return.
- Provide Information: Please include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
- Instructions: After contacting us, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return address and shipping method. Returns without prior contact will not be accepted.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely. We recommend choosing a courier with tracking to avoid delivery issues, as the sender is responsible for the return transit.
3. Return Conditions & Exceptions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Non-returnable items:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Special orders requested by the customer.
4. Damaged or faulty products
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@amoam.com with photos documenting the issue. Once verified, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refunds
Once your package is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Note: Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@amoam.com with your order number.
Orders can only be canceled before processing or shipping begins. Once the order has been processed or transferred to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, the customer must receive the package and follow our standard Returns and Refunds Policy.
