We offer 100% free shipping within Poland. There is no minimum order value.

2. How long does delivery take?
To ensure fair prices, all orders are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse.

• Transit Time: 5-10 business days (Monday – Friday).
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6-13 business days.

3. What is your returns policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Please contact us at info@amoam.com to start the process.

4. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 10 business days. The money will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. What should I do if my product is damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@amoam.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1-2 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
